Ned got a little dusty form getting transported to nool, so Horton take him to the lake and give him a bath.
I did this pic right after I inked "Mayor Meets Kangaroo" and "Mayor Meets Vlad" the idea just came to me while I was reading the fanfic about him going to nool, so of course I draw it out and inked it.
